Return Policy

ArtificialFlowers.com accepts returns for defective and non-defective products within 21 days of delivery.

• Return window: 21 days from delivery.
• Product condition: Items must be new, unused, and returned in their original packaging.
• Return method: Returns are accepted by mail.
• Return label: Customers are responsible for obtaining and paying for the return shipping label unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
• Restocking fee: A 20% restocking fee applies to returned products.
• Refund timing: Refunds are issued within 3 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Exchanges: Exchanges are accepted for eligible items.
